I am participating the Weekly Photo Challenge: Light and I would like to share our Egypt Trip in 2009 where lights both natural and artificial bring a lot of charms.

This was taken from Khan El-Khalili souk. Love the lamps with Arabic characters.

St. Katherine Monastery, Sharm El Sheikh. This light always makes me imagine the scene wherein I am asking God; then He parted the clouds and showed me the answer.

Red Sea, Sharm El Sheikh. I could still remember the serene sound of the water.

I wouldn't miss sharing something yummy. This is one of the good find stores in Khan El-Khalili, Cairo.

Powder Sugar Egyptian Pancake is a winner!

  1. I agree, the Lamps are beautiful!

  2. wonderful, those Arabic lamps …

  3. Hmmm, for some reasons, I’d like to try the pancake, 😆
