[1: 404 of 10,000] A Dream To Become A Chef

In Article on October 16, 2011 at 12:01 AM

My wishful dream to become a chef may not be the right path to pursue because there are so many moments when I slice or chop fresh meats (any kind from beef, poultry, fish, etc.) I cringe for the slimy texture and a bit disgusted for imagining a human flesh (sorry if it’s too gory but watching Hannibal Lecter‎ add up to my unbelievable bad imagination). I’m not vegetarian, I like to eat cooked meat, it’s just the process when it’s raw that tick me off.

Watching chefs prepare and cook with such finesse really proved that not everyone is fit for everything. I better stick with paper and computer that never give the slightest discomfort to me; although I can always try to become a Pastry Chef. Did I mention I love cakes from previous post? And last time I check they didn’t have any meat in the ingredients! 😉

The tourist guide said, “Chinese loves to eat, they eat everything, they eat everything with legs except table, they eat everything with wings except airplane.”

I guess I’m Chinese then.
