[1: 1,131 of 10,000] El Chico Mexican Restaurant Review

In Review on August 31, 2013 at 12:04 AM

I’ve been craving for Ceviche so we visited El Chico at The Walk, Jumeirah Beach Residences, Dubai, hoping that it serves me a fix. Disappointingly they did not have Ceviche in their menu but surprisingly the experience was amazing and will surely get me to go back.

El Chico The Walk
Ambiance: Excellent. I love multi-colored banting style light bulbs that are not too bright but enough to add drama even during brunch. I am also always in love with brick walls and restaurants with couches so liked it. ♥

El Chico
I love the food. The seasoning was perfect! It easily convinced me that I will learn to love Mexican food. From Guacamole, Burritos, Broccoli Soup, and their ways of cooking chicken. ♥

The service was not perfect but it was pleasingly all right.

[1: 376 of 10,000] Friday Night

In Article on September 25, 2011 at 11:22 AM

I have not tasted a good Guacamole so my sister and I searched on Youtube on how to make one and that all started our Friday Night. We went to Spinneys Supermarket to buy the ingredients and tweaked the quantities according on how we like it such as more tomatoes (we should have made Salsa huh, maybe next Friday) and mild chili. It looked okay right but to be honest I didn’t like the taste, now I want to go to a nice Mexican restaurant who serves Guacamole for comparison’s sake. 😀

We also have some other cheese chips, movie, cranberry vodka mix and the Friday Night was rocking!
