[1: 1,327 of 10,000] The Woman Who No Has No Fingerprints

In Article on July 26, 2014 at 9:54 AM

Here is a woman who no longer have fingerprints because of her love for stone masonry. I admire her goal of creating fluidity to the stones by shaping them creatively, especially in a circular shape. Her creations is magnificent and simply inspiring.

Isn’t it amazing that if only people work hard to produce beautiful things instead of fighting and giving in to our ego, it magnifies to a different kind of meaning in life and touch someone else’s soul. We should never allow ourselves to feel irrelevant; and we can do that if we defy our fears and inactions. May our mind, actions, and soul be blessed always.

In Review on October 29, 2013 at 12:07 AM

The next time you need an intelligent inspiration just go to the different youtube videos of TED Talks.

The great speakers that they feature are intellectual, engaging, entertaining, has sense of humour, and enlightening. I received a eNewsletter from Oprah Winfrey featuring Brene Brown who is famous on giving talks at TED. I watched her video and got so amazed on her discovery of the magic of “vulnerability”.

[1: 1,179 of 10,000] Coco Channel

In Journal on October 18, 2013 at 12:00 AM

I was criticized that I am quite a perfectionist that slows me down with my work. It is true that I am not being efficient, I can’t prioritize, and I am bad at delegating.

The story of Coco Channel was inspiring, I know it wasn’t all nice all throughout her life but I wanted things to be perfect so it becomes a legend. It takes practice huh!

Be inspired of the video:

[1: 1,165 of 10,000] The Story Behind A Beautiful Song

In Journal on October 4, 2013 at 12:00 AM

I am fan of auditions especially when it turned out to be magical. Watch the video below of a daughter who sang “I Will Always Love You” for her mom who was murdered when she was young. She sang it with so much love and meaning.

In Review on October 3, 2013 at 11:00 PM

I am in love with “Wanted” sang by Hunter Hayes. It was introduced to me by one of the X Factor USA 2013 auditions rendered by Wesley Mountain (who was actually cute because he liked Kelly a lot).

And here’s the audition if you’re curious to see:

It feels nice being WANTED!!! ♥

[1: 934 of 10,000] This Short Music Video Makes Me Smile

In Review on February 18, 2013 at 11:59 PM

This 1:26 video taken from the movie Music & Lyrics fill my empty unmelodic head. The lyrics is a bit sad that he is jobless but the romance part is simply nice. I can listen to this over and over right now. Hugh’s voice is charming too!

In Review on December 11, 2012 at 9:02 PM

Sung by Labrinth featuring Emeli Sande.

I love this song since the first time I heard it. Now that I just saw the video it made me fall in love with this piece a way lot more.

I love their unique voices, the melody and the message.

The video is absolutely creative with the piano, the musician, and the big screen. I like the man’s whole look. I love the blue cinematography and the modern twist of two talented artists singing duet one from the big screen and the other as a regular shot.

[1: 798 of 10,000] This Prayer Song Never Fails To Touch My Heart & Breaks Me Into A Meaningful Tear

In Prayer on October 12, 2012 at 9:23 AM

All that I am and all that I have
I lay them down before you, O Lord
All my regrets and all my acclaims
The joy and the pain
I’m making them yours

Lord, I offer my life to you
Everything I’ve been through
Use it for your glory
And Lord I offer my days to you
Lifting my praise to you
As a pleasing sacrifice
Lord I offer you my life

Things in the past, things yet unseen
Wishes and dreams that are yet to come true
All of my hopes, all of my plans
My heart and my hands are lifted to you

Lord, I offer my life to you
Everything I’ve been through
Use it for your glory
And Lord I offer my days to you
Lifting my praise to you
As a pleasing sacrifice
Lord I offer you my life

What can we give
That you have not given?
And what do we have
That is not already yours?
All we possess
Are these lives we are living
That’s what we give to you, Lord

Lord, I offer my life to you
Everything I’ve been through
Use it for your glory
And Lord I offer my days to you
Lifting my praise to you
As a pleasing sacrifice
Lord I offer you my life

[1: 524 of 10,000] Oh I Like This Song

In Review on January 26, 2012 at 11:00 AM

I was watching Alexis Mabille Haute Couture Spring Summer 2012 Fashion Show on Youtube and the opening song is very cute that sounded like a nursery rhyme.

I got to admit, I’m not sure what the song meant especially the artists themselves Fleet Foxes said in an interview that the lyrics are “fairly meaningless” and the song is more focused on the vocal harmonies instead of the lyrics. I guess listeners can come up with their own interpretations.

I love Oh Land’s rendition (watch video below) more than the original from Fleet Foxes.

[1: 450 of 10,000] Anima Christi

In Prayer on November 24, 2011 at 12:00 AM

“Anima Christi” is Latin word that means “The Soul of Christ.” The prayer dates from the early 14th century and it is one of my favorite communion prayers that I would like for you to enjoy too.

What I love about this particular video: Aside from the lyrics (which is found in it) and the melody (sung by Bukas Palad Music Ministry); love the images of different people intently praying. Thanks to Princedolorfino for sharing it.
