In List on January 2, 2021 at 8:19 PM

I love words. I know that there isn’t enough words to describe a feeling, a perfect moment, the deepest pain, a magic, but as humanly possible I hold on to words that immediately uplift me, a mantra that keeps me in the positive vibe.

  • All is well.
  • Joy is the key.
  • Be still to hear my heart.
  • I choose to be alive.
  • Breathe.
  • Live in the moment.
  • Listen to good music.
  • Keep moving.
  • Sleep.
  • Smile.
  • Finish.
  • Be kind.
  • We are one.
  • Speak my truth.
  • Dare to do something new.
  • Adventure.
  • Try again.
  • I am worthy.
  • I am enough.
  • I am love.
  • I am loved.
  • I am beautiful.
  • I am alive.
  • I see the Divine in you.
  • Nothing is ever wasted.
  • I am at the right place at the right time.

[1: 2,046 of 10,000] My 2020 Gratitude List

In List on January 1, 2021 at 4:28 PM
Well something’s lost, but something’s gained
In living every day
I’ve looked at life from both sides now
From win and lose and still somehow
It’s life’s illusions I recall
I really don’t know life at all
  1. I started learning to listen to my intuition and recognize my power to co-create the life that gives me joy.
  2. I feel so blessed having the freedom to do what I truly desire.
  3. I experience a beautiful trip in Japan on February and immerse in new experiences.
  4. I have the chance to be still and dig deep of what I came into this life for.
  5. I have written so many words and read beautiful wisdom that opened my heart and my mind.
  6. I honor the sacredness of everything and could reach the sweet spot of immense peace.
  7. I learned that I came here to be a Lightworker and an Earth Angel.
  8. I have given myself with so much unconditional love that I was able to see my fear, being gentle to me, and have forgiven myself.
  9. I believe in magic and my faith for love keeps growing stronger.
  10. I am finally choosing to live. I wake up with a purpose to feel alive because I now understood I have chosen in the very beginning to be here right now.

The moment I thought I know something, I know I’m just in the precipice of another glorious surprise that life would like to live through me. Only when I am present in every fleeting moment that I get to bathe in the blissful PEACE every human soul longs for.

[1: 2,034 of 10,000] Allow Me To Dream

In List on December 3, 2020 at 10:55 PM

I believe in powerful dreams, heck I believe that anything we focus on we attract, so why don’t we go dream that bring joy into our lives.

Let me share you mine…

  • I dream of a world that recognizes unconditional love. Everyone being kind and forgiving.
  • People choosing to be honest to what they truly feel and do what makes them happy.
  • We are supportive for the dream of one another, cheering people to achieve.
  • Living with what’s essential and don’t stay in disconnection for far too long.
  • Create beautiful things that embrace our power as both human and immortal.
  • Live with passion, waking up, doing things, because we’ve choose to be alive.
  • Learning about the darkness, to use it as contrast, and make it a climax for a brand new beginning.
  • To treat our bodies as holy temples, beautiful, and it is here to serve the soul’s journey.

What will you add to my list? 😉

[1: 2,025 of 10,000] How Do I Response To My Anxious Self?

In List on November 26, 2020 at 12:12 AM

Right before I start writing this post, I got curious if worry and anxious are the same and they’re not. I am both at times. Worry is impermanent, while anxious is more persistent. There are moments too that I feel overwhelm that could spiral into anxiousness.

My five loving basic steps to response to my anxiety and it’s all about ME:

  1. Do long breathe in and breathe out. Better yet sit for meditation or say a prayer or speak with God or to my angels or guides. Watching my breathing and not think of what am fretting about will bring peace to my psyche. In case I drift away and the chattering begins again in my head, I will simply notice the thinking and then bring my focus back to my breathing.
  2. Move my body. Have I seated too long or sleeping too much at the couch. Better yet do yoga, or take a walk, or exercise. Shake those stagnant energy! I cannot expect things will change by not taking a new action.
  3. Ask myself what is truly the root of my problem. Why am I procrastinating? Why am I not motivated? What’s bothering me? In this very crucial examination, there are things that are important to remember, yes I got to be honest but I have to listen without judgment, curating a punishment, or demeaning my self-worth. I have to be gentle while I assess what needs to be healed.
  4. Give my body a rest. I must hydrate it, feed it, bathe it, and then give it the proper sleep on my bed. Wake up naturally without an alarm clock startling me. I have to keep my body sacred, nurtured, and pampered. I only have one suit in this lifetime and it needs the utmost caring.
  5. When my body, mind, and soul are refreshed, I will have a new found strength and clarity to make better choices. I can take action to what is my highest good.

[1: 2,019 of 10,000] Afraid of Making Mistakes

I have gone through so much in life that I already know what I don’t like to happen again. I started being scared of what have happened to the people closest to me that I take every positive course so I can to avoid every single one.

What am I afraid of?

  • Be in a position to ask someone who am not close to for loan. I don’t have any loan from a bank or from anyone at this point and I’m so keen of keeping it that way.
  • Die of heart attack like my father or suffer cancer and eventually passed like my mother. It’s my responsibility to take care of my health if I want to have the vibrancy to live.
  • Be pregnant out of wedlock or from an illicit affair because I believe children need a healthy family to grow up. A family member had an affair and had a child, and no one took care of the child.
  • Marry the wrong person because I don’t want to go through separation or divorce. I have always believed marriage is supposed to be sacred and binding as long as both are living.
  • Die alone in my own home and will only be found after a few days. It happened to one of my college adviser and I thought that’s sad.

There are more fears that I have to take a look, and while am looking at them, I have to be patient of my inner child to know that it’s okay to feel those sadness and worries, but after that I got to focus on the positive things.

I’m here to live a human experience and expand my soul. I’m here to be willing to step into the unknown, be ready to make unintentional mistakes, learn, and take another shot. It’s good that I value things, to have a stand, but not on the point of only focusing on what’s bad but as fast as I can look at the opposite of my fear and have only that in my attention.

I also have to remember, whenever I am choosing to be afraid, I am saying no to love. Loving in life is the right way, the easy way, and yet I am okay to have a little hiccup if it means I’ll grow stronger and wiser having my experience as my own teacher. Today, I’m not afraid of making mistake, I am more for being able to live!

In List on April 11, 2020 at 9:26 AM

I live my life with no desire. I live as it goes.

I discovered things that I like and don’t.

I start choosing, limiting yet expanding at the same time.

I found out what I like needs time, takes a process, entails waiting and caring.

The hardest of all, dreaming, conjuring, and pouring my heart into it only to let go of control.

The Universe sees all the concoctions made from each person in the world. In its might, it stirs the air and the wind, moves the earth and the waves, and whispers to the spirits and awakens the souls.

The moment I rest in peace, everything made clear.

I asked to do it all over again. To be part of the creators. With both pain and joy. I told myself remember to not suffer but be aligned and be at peace.

But as the Universe has its own collective, unique, and masterful plan.

I was born again. I forgot.

With enough intensity, I start to remember. And here I go again.

[1: 1,987 of 10,000] Life’s Plot Twist

In List on April 8, 2020 at 6:10 AM

Life seems to have a twist of its own, a trick in its sleeves, and human beings are the manifesters whether deliberately, unconsciously, reluctantly, or have forgotten he was the author of his life from different lifetimes.

Certain emotions don’t last forever, I take comfort that I can be feeling pain and joy for moments. The plot twist is I could hold on to the ones I believed to be true and consistent.

  1. I am loved unconditionally by the divine.
  2. I am able to give and receive love.
  3. I can control my attitude and my response in every situation.
  4. If I will strive something consistently, it’s to find stillness within me that brings peace to my spirit.
  5. I don’t need to understand everything even the powerful love.
  6. I don’t need to rush through life.
  7. Freedom, free will, and voluntariness are my power or downfall depending on my choices.
  8. The beauty is in the journey and the destination is the cherry on top.
  9. We need each other but we need to fill our cup full on our own first.
  10. Explore your fear and know that they are not real. What then you ask? Choose bravery and move forward even if you’re scared because life that’s made of love got you.
